I established the Feldman Family Law Offices in 1982 to provide comprehensive representation in the area of divorce and family law throughout the Boston area and eastern Massachusetts. I am dedicated to providing my clients' with the highest quality legal representation in cases involving: divorce; child custody; child support and visitation; parenting plans; alimony and spousal support; complex property settlements; high conflict custody and visitation; paternity; restraining orders; grandparent visitation issues, and; premarital and prenuptial agreements.
My practice is entirely focused on divorce and family and I have over thirty-five years experience in this area providing client's with reliable representation and advice they can trust. I am a local attorney. Lifelong resident of Newton and Wellesley. My wife and have lived in Wellesley for 25 years. I am very active locally I am a member of the Wellesley Club and the Wellesley Historical Society. My wife and I enjoy living in Wellesley and participate in many events sponsored by the town. We frequently hike on the many extensive conservation land and woodland trails. We live in the Morses Pond area with our 2 dogs and 3 cats.
